latest - Ginger Muffins



Ginger muffinsare a mouthwatering treat to the taste buds.


ingredients
Sugar :-1 cup
Shortening :-½ cup
Molasses :-1 cup
Eggs :-2
All purpose flour :-3 cups
Ground ginger :-1 tsp
Ground cinnamon :-2 tsp
Baking soda :-1 tsp
Baking powder :-1 tsp
Sour milk :-1 cup
Salt :-1 tsp


tools required
Spatula
Mixing bowl
Oven
Muffin pans


preparation method
In the mixing vessel, take sugar andcream shortening.
Puteggs andmolasses in it; combine well.
Mix dry ingredients; then alternately putto creamed mixture with sour milk, blending tillmixed well. Pour batter into greased muffin cupsup to half.
At 350 degrees F, baketill muffinscook completely. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes; then take out baked muffins from pansto wire racks to completely cool.
